Acknowledgment

Dear Ms. Faye Almazan (Director/Script Writer),

Over the months, we have known you as our educator, friend, producer and director of Asian Pacific International Film Project 2004-2015. We have had many occasions to talk about ourselves, our family, and the people we love, however, we have never experienced much pleasure in our hearts and soul as we have with you for creating this inspiring book.

We will always remember our visits to the Asian Restaurants, sightseeing in San Diego, speedy candid film shoots in Carlsbad, La Jolla, Del Mar, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Miramar, Scripps Ranch, Chula Vista, and National City. Our genuine laughters with all of us, where confidences, friendly secrets and talents were discovered.

You have a keen (almost exact) perceptive way of analyzing things in life making dreary days happier days. You also have a remarkable talent for listening, which became a very powerful tool of our group, and calling it a "quint essential experience."

Today, by your magical pen and special qualities, you created an inspiring book in which we recognized ourselves without reservation.

Thank you for being our mentor, educator, and relating our feelings and thoughts just as we expressed them.

True friends, educators and mentors are difficult to find. You are one of a kind. Creating this inspiring book, sharing your artistic talents and vision is considered "an act of a great service as our teacher/mentor to all of us."

Again, a million thanks to you with all our hearts.
